Football Betting Guide
A practical reference to the football betting markets used by The One Million Bets and the terminology shown with each prediction.
1X2 football betting
The 1X2 market covers three basic match outcomes: 1 for a home win, X for a draw and 2 for an away win. The selection must match the final result of the fixture for the prediction to be recorded as a win.
Double Chance
Double Chance combines two of the three basic outcomes. 1X means home win or draw, X2 means draw or away win, and 12 means either team wins, so a draw does not qualify.
Over/Under 2.5 Goals
Over 2.5 goals means three or more total goals in the match. Under 2.5 means two or fewer total goals.
Both Teams To Score (BTTS)
BTTS Yes requires both teams to score at least once. BTTS No means at least one team finishes without scoring.
What does confidence mean?
Confidence is an indication of how strong the available evidence is for a prediction. It should not be interpreted as a probability of winning, a guarantee, or financial advice.
Prediction results and history
When a fixture is completed, its final score is checked and the corresponding prediction is marked WIN or LOSS according to the selected market. Pending predictions remain open until an authoritative final result is available.
